Though the vision was clear, there was one factor that always triggered my motivation in every place I worked, be it ADIB, E&Y, DIB, Paramount, or even later on during the early years with Layan; This tireless search for a mentor who would take me under his wing, utilising my motivated soul as well as my energetic, fighting spirit to reach for the skies. I thoroughly observed with an eagle eye and listening brain every institution, every coincided friend or customer, and countless business meetings, but fate had a different plan for me, the kind of plan that happens once in a lifetime and changes everything with a very uncommon and radical approach.

I came to realise that with every piece of information I collected, every educational course I attended, every contract negotiation I went through, every business adventure I risked it all with, every business venture that failed, and every new certificate acquired, I became the sought after mentor for myself as well as many people around me in the real estate sector. This is exactly when the success story actually started to take shape.

This new approach simply required that I transfer all my accumulative experiences and wisdom to every employee and business partner that I met. Before long, my circle grew wider and wider until, in no time, I found out that this was repaying me far more than any amount of money or success. The collective thinking and identity that was formed by this process provided a unique structural method for my success story, as if it was destiny. The results could be seen in every single transaction or business profile we had been forming; in customer service, creative thinking, systematic approach, walking the extra mile, the know-how and know-when had even been reshaped to come up with an innovative solution backed with an ethical ground for every transaction.

“I lost a lot of money in real estate,” “I invested in the wrong time and the wrong project,” “I was misguided by a relative or a friend who told me it is a viable investment opportunity.” These, along with many other statements that I heard every now and then brought me to the conclusion that it is about time I utilise all the accumulative experiences, certificates, and observations from over 20 years in the school of Dubai. I would use this cumulative knowledge to conduct thorough research on the best practices and come up with a methodical and well-thought-out approach for creating successful real estate portfolios. This approach would also be based on studies and real potential growth derived from an in-depth market knowledge and historical observation of different real estate markets.

Being a real estate mentor is not an advantage, rather a heavy responsibility that involves people’s lifetime earnings, dreams, and future securities.
